Takoshica is a home-based food business operating out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We sell freshly made takoyaki for pickup at 180 Fairview Mall Drive, Toronto, ON M2J 0G4.
It's just us — one person running this out of Toronto. No team, no third-party marketing, no corporate structure behind it.
When you place an order through this website, we collect the following information:
We do not collect payment card information. Deposits are sent via Interac e-Transfer directly through your banking app — we never see or store your financial credentials.

Your order information is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service with servers located in the United States. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that your information may be stored outside of Canada. Supabase applies industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.
We may also receive your order details via WhatsApp when you choose to notify us of your deposit. WhatsApp messages are subject to Meta's privacy policy.
We retain your order information for up to 90 days after your pickup date, after which it is deleted. We keep it during this window in case of any questions or disputes about your order.
